Good morning 💚❤️ food lovers! Today I’ll show you my version of cuttlefish stewed.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 500 gr cuttlefish clean
- 2 small shallots minced
- 2 cloves of garlic squeezed
- 2 sprigs of parsley minced
- 12 olives
- 20 gr capers
- 1 glass white wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tomato can
Method
- In a large saucepan put 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and all the garlic, parsley, shallots, olives and capers.
- Let them fry gently and quickly and then add the cuttlefish cut into strips. Cook for 3 minutes then add the wine and let it evaporate.
- Then add the tomato can and cover with a lid. Cook for about 30/40 minutes.
- Taste the cuttlefish and if seems unsalted then add a little salt. For me was perfect and I didn’t add. It’s ready! Serve with toasted bread.
